Clara's Crusade

Clara's first husband was murdered as a warning, and her second husband was killed after he joined her crusade against corruption in Cottonwood. Rather than leave town, Clara refused to abandon her fight. Two weeks ago, she contacted the Arizona territorial governor in Prescott for assistance, but received no response. Clara's efforts have been further hampered when her printer refused to allow her to continue publishing her accusatory editorials. Without access to the printing press, she cannot write, and her newspaper's circulation has dropped to less than half its previous level. Feeling trapped and seeing no help forthcoming, Clara considers that learning to use a gun may be her only remaining option to continue her fight against the town's corruption.
