About this book

An Imperial prison barge called the Purge, carrying five hundred dangerous criminals and prisoners, breaks down in a remote region of space. When the crew discovers a drifting Star Destroyer, they send a boarding party to salvage parts. Only half the party returns, but they bring back a lethal disease that kills nearly everyone aboard the Purge within hours. The handful of survivors must find a way to stay alive as they face an even greater threat: the dead aboard the Star Destroyer are rising as soulless, unstoppable creatures driven by hunger. The survivors will need to do whatever it takes to survive what awaits them on the abandoned vessel.
