Maggie and the Law

Lawman Spence Harding suspects that Maggie Peyton, a university graduate, may be planning to burglarize a museum. Their connection begins when Maggie first encounters Spence during a stagecoach holdup. Despite recognizing her as an attractive woman, Spence remains convinced she is involved in criminal activity. Maggie finds herself constantly watched by the steely-eyed sheriff, who is determined to prove his suspicions. As Spence shadows her movements, their complicated dynamic intensifies, with Maggie finding him occupying her thoughts even in her dreams.
