About this book

This box set collects the first three books of the Rise of the Dragon Knights series: Radiance's Knight, Blaze's Knight, and Spark's Knight. Zhaid is a young demon hunter seeking to escape poverty by slaying rocky monsters called demons. Once, dragon knights protected the world from this threat, but now outcasts, the desperate, and the mad take on the role. Zhaid and his best friend aim to join the Craghammers, the most skilled demon hunters, while Zhaid also seeks to escape his past and guilt over his parents' deaths. Demon cores are valuable—mages use them to fuel magic, and the empire uses them to fuel war. Meanwhile, Princess Yhenli works to stop her father the emperor's plan for world conquest. Guided by the Living Goddess and commanding golem creations, the emperor has built a devastating force. However, a dragon is about to awaken, bonded to a knight who may be able to stop him. The emperor sends his most capable captain to kill this nascent knight before he can reach his dragon. Princess Yhenli risks her life and position to save the stranger and prevent her father's ambitions. The dragon knights are set to rise once more.
