About this book

Leo K. Doyle, a small-town kid from Ohio, has made the roster of a Premier League youth squad. However, he is not a starter for the U14 Lewisham Knights, the worst team in the league. Beyond soccer, Leo must manage schoolwork, build new friendships in a foreign country, navigate a coach who seems indifferent to him, and adapt to living away from home during a demanding Youth Premier League season. Leo believes he has the talent to help his team improve, but he must balance all these challenges while competing on the world's biggest stage. This is the second book in The Academy series.
