About this book

She had also witnessed a disturbing argument between Hank and his wife, and she and Bryce may have heard the shot that killed him. With the tacit approval of her best friend Detective Trinity Colson, Angel begins investigating. She uncovers that Hank led a secret life involving sketchy business dealings and a gambling addiction. As Angel works to solve the crime while managing her gift store during peak tourist season and navigating family drama and a developing romance, she must find the killer without putting herself in danger.
