About this book

An Ambush of Tigers is the seventh book in the Dr Nell Ward mystery series. After returning from an Indian wedding, Nell and Rav come back to Finchmere to host a blessing ceremony in the woodland. As their family and friends gather at the frost-covered estate, which is decorated for a Christmas Market featuring local artisans, a shocking secret emerges about how their families were connected centuries earlier. When members of their party are poisoned, Rav faces the possibility of losing loved ones. Nell discovers her own family history is entangled with the tragedies affecting Rav's family, creating doubt as she searches for the murderer. However, she cannot reveal the truth needed to save Rav, his family, and their relationship without concrete evidence. Using her ecological expertise and determination, Nell must set a trap to catch a dangerous killer. As the predator prepares to strike, Nell must lure them out of hiding before another person she loves becomes their victim.
