About this book

A serial rapist targets teenage girls through their social media activity, using their check-ins and status updates to locate victims. He holds them captive in a soundproof basement, where he grooms them before killing them. His victims are specifically chosen for their virginity. Ella manages to escape and frees the other girls. However, only Sarah—who has been held the longest—escapes with her. The girls are hospitalized and questioned by FBI agents investigating the crimes. Ella and Sarah become central to the investigation, but Sarah is concealing information. Ella soon realizes her ordeal is not yet over.
