Before We Break Again

Three people in a small town are bound together by secrets, sorrow, and a sense of inevitability. As children, they found each other and created something they considered sacred, but their bond shattered. Now adults with scarred hearts and fractured trust, they must decide whether to rebuild what they lost—risking further destruction in the process. The story follows a hockey player denying his past and his feelings, a rock musician struggling with addiction, and a doctor unable to fix everything despite her wishes. The narrative explores their second chance at love, childhood connections, and the question of whether love can survive what tried to destroy it. The three retreat to a secluded cabin in the woods to work on their relationship.
