Birthday Girl

Birthday Girl is a contemporary romance novel told from dual perspectives. Jordan finds herself living with Pike Lawson after having nowhere else to go. She develops feelings for him, appreciating how he treats her with care and attention. However, she recognizes the situation is complicated and believes it cannot happen between them. Pike initially took Jordan in thinking it would be a simple arrangement. As time passes, he finds himself increasingly drawn to her and struggles to maintain distance.
