About this book

This is the second book in the Of Fae and Wolf Trilogy. After surviving a fae bridal competition, the protagonist is chosen by Vad, the dark Prince of Shadows, to stand at his side. She becomes a target in a kingdom built on lies and blood, with rivals seeking her death. When she wakes with a dagger in her hands and the King's blood on her skin, she is framed for his murder and imprisoned in the dungeons. The council demands her execution, and she begins to question everyone around her, including herself. Vad refuses to abandon what he claims as his own. Freeing her means defying the laws that hold his kingdom together. If he fails, she dies. If she fails, the crown will fall to someone who wants to destroy it. The story involves themes of betrayal, morally gray characters, political intrigue, and the difficult choices required for survival.
