Electronic Gags: A Futuristic Dystopian Science Fiction Thriller

Electronic Gags depicts a dystopian United States under authoritarian rule. Following a military coup, the country becomes an autocracy led by President Brandon Ward, a megalomaniac who implements a surveillance system capable of monitoring people's private conversations. Privacy is eliminated. Freddie's circumstances shift dramatically when the government arrests his best friend Michael for attending an opposition meeting. Michael's mother blames Freddie for her son's arrest. Facing accusations and with Michael facing execution, Freddie must prove his innocence and rescue his friend. To do so, he must overthrow the government. Freddie is not a typical action hero—he is an overweight biologist employed at a wildlife refuge. The government monitors him, as it monitors everyone.
