Her Beautiful Life

Journalist Holland Tate is offered an interview with Catriona Bouchard, her former best friend who has become a popular tradwife with a significant public following. Holland sees the opportunity to both get a major story and potentially repair their fractured friendship. At the Bouchards' gated compound, however, Holland discovers that Cat is not the independent woman she once knew. Despite having six children and being married to a man she describes as the love of her life, Cat appears diminished. As Holland spends time at the compound, she uncovers dark secrets, obsessions, and hidden motives that reframe the circumstances that destroyed their friendship. Cat's public image of a perfect life with a perfect husband masks a very different reality. What began as an assignment to expose the truth behind Cat's glossy public persona becomes a matter of survival, as Holland realizes she must escape the compound.
