Zienna Thomas believes she has found a lasting relationship with Nicholas Aubry, a charming and successful man. Their connection seems promising until Nicholas introduces his longtime friend Wendell Creighton, whom Zienna has been intimate with in the past. Though Zienna and Wendell once shared intense chemistry, he refused to commit to a serious relationship at that time. Wendell's reappearance creates a complicated situation.
