Saving Home (Ladera by the Sea)

Logan MacArthur, an attorney, is tasked with acquiring Andy Roman's family inn for his client, the State of California. Andy, the youngest of the Roman daughters, struggles to understand how Logan can view the transaction so clinically, seeing it as merely a real estate deal rather than recognizing what the inn means to her family. When torrential rains strand Logan at Ladera by the Sea, Andy seizes the opportunity to change his perspective. Over a few days, she attempts to determine whether he possesses compassion and whether she can appeal to his humanity. What's at stake extends beyond the property itself—it involves her family's future and potentially her own.
