Set This House in Order: A Romance of Souls

Set This House in Order follows Andy Gage, a man with multiple personality disorder. After severe childhood abuse from his stepfather, Andy's mind fractured into over a hundred distinct personalities that coexist within an imaginary house in his head. These personalities include Aaron, a father figure; Adam, a mischievous teenager; Jake, a frightened child; Aunt Sam, an artist; Seferis, a defender; and Gideon, who seeks control. When Andy's new coworker Penny Driver, who also has multiple personalities, asks for his help, it triggers a series of events that destabilize the internal house and uncover a secret Andy has been hiding from himself. The novel blends elements of horror and romance as Andy navigates both the external world and his complex internal landscape.
