Sima's Undergarments for Women: A Novel

Sima Goldner runs a bra shop in an Orthodox Jewish neighborhood of Brooklyn, where she helps customers find proper fits while listening to their concerns. The shop functions as a gathering place where women share important moments, relationships, and hardships. While Sima encourages her customers to accept their bodies, she struggles with her own. Dealing with infertility and a secret from her past, she has abandoned hopes for happiness and remains in a bitter marriage spanning over forty years. When Timna, a young Israeli seamstress, joins the shop, Sima experiences a shift.
