About this book

A serial killer is terrorizing Boston, using antique Revolutionary War weapons to kill victims and leaving bodies at locations along the city's Freedom Trail. People with ancestry ties to the Patriots are particularly at risk. FBI Special Agents Kate Walsh and Declan James join local authorities to pursue the killer in their hometown. Agent Walsh, a descendant of one of the signers of the Declaration of Independence, becomes a target herself. The killer appears to have connections to an underground group called The Founders and operates according to a centuries-old political agenda. As the body count rises, the FBI must determine whether they can stop the killer before the city becomes paralyzed by the violence.
