About this book

Hardy is a widower determined to create better holiday memories for his daughter after last year's disappointment. Lacking the holiday skills his late wife had, he seeks help. At a PTO meeting, he makes a deal with Bella, his daughter's teacher: she'll coach him on Christmas traditions in exchange for his help building a Santa Workshop event. Bella is working to prove she's more than people assume by organizing an ambitious Christmas event. As she and Hardy work together decorating and planning, they begin to develop feelings for each other, despite Hardy's belief that he can't fall in love again and his concerns about his daughter's readiness. This is a holiday romance featuring a widowed firefighter/EMT father, a single mother, two children, and small-town setting with contrasting personalities.
