The Wasp Trap: A Novel

Six old friends reunite in a Notting Hill townhouse in London to commemorate their recently deceased ex-employer, a professor who brought them together in 1999 to develop a dating website based on psychological testing. What begins as an evening of reflection quickly becomes a dangerous game. The friends are forced to choose: reveal their darkest secrets to the group or face elimination one by one. Their current situation connects to their shared past—specifically, a questionnaire they created for the dating site that was repurposed as a tool for identifying psychopaths, called The Wasp Trap. A deadly incident from that summer in 1999 may hold the key to understanding the killer now among them. The narrative alternates between past and present, following multiple characters through a fast-paced plot with interconnected twists.
