Three, Imperfect Number

A blind woman leads her Naples police colleagues through a murder investigation in this crime thriller. Commissario Martusciello receives reports of two bodies: singer Jerry Vialdi, also known as Gennaro Mangiavento, found at the Naples football stadium, and an unidentified woman discovered at the Bentegodi Stadium in Verona, hundreds of miles away. Both bodies are positioned in a fetal pose with no signs of physical violence, suggesting a deliberate method concealing a hidden secret. The killer appears to be issuing a challenge to police who have no clear leads. Superintendent Blanca Occhiuzzi, blind from birth, perceives the world through four senses and can detect fear, guilt, and innocence in people. She guides Martusciello through the investigation, helping him understand the mind of the murderer.
