About this book

Thirty-year-old Cordelia Corbett returns to Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey and resumes work at Kohr's Frozen Custard with her boss. Shortly after, they discover a crime scene at the Food Shack on the boardwalk. A handsome stranger becomes involved in the situation, and Cordelia finds herself attracted to him. Despite their tendency to clash, romantic feelings may develop between them. Cordelia teams up with her neighbor and co-worker Shelby to investigate the crime and identify the killer. Together they work to gather clues and determine who committed the murder.
