Dr. Susan Chandler hosts a daily radio talk show where she explores the phenomenon of women who disappear and become victims of killers targeting lonely and insecure individuals. When a caller offers information about Regina Clausen, a wealthy investment advisor who vanished from a cruise ship years earlier, an attempt is made on the caller's life. Susan begins investigating to identify who is responsible. As her search intensifies, Susan discovers the killer targets lonely women on cruise ships and appears intent on eliminating anyone who might help her investigation. She races against time as she works to uncover the killer's identity, only to realize that someone close to her may be responsible. As she gets closer to the truth, Susan finds herself in danger—the hunter has become the hunted, and she may be the killer's next victim.
