About this book

Dr. Emilia McRoy, an American living on Scotland's Sea Isle, investigates a murder in the fourth book of the Scottish Isle mystery series. As summer ends, Sea Isle hosts a weeklong festival featuring a ride on the newly refurbished Storyteller's Train. During the launch, a death occurs that initially appears to be caused by a severe allergic reaction but is soon determined to be murder. Dr. McRoy, her assistant Abigail, and local constable Ewan Campbell begin investigating the case. The killer then targets the three investigators themselves, forcing them to rely on their friends for survival as they work to solve the crime before more people are killed.
