Roommate (Vino and Veritas)

A man seeking a roommate to share a 3-bedroom house and split rent hopes to find someone who isn't the person he can't stop thinking about. He carries secrets and fears that a new roommate with a compelling presence could expose him. Eight years ago, Roderick left town after high school. Though they aren't friends, Roderick once noticed one of his secrets slip out. Part of him wants to keep his distance, but another part is drawn to him—a risk that could cost him everything. Roderick is looking for a room to rent in town. He's tidy, has no pets, and offers to cook homemade bread. He's openly gay and outspoken, which makes his new landlord cautious.
