About this book

Local news reports that a dangerous sea serpent has killed three missing girls. Driven by her background as a journalist, the protagonist investigates the deaths herself and discovers something far more deadly than initially reported—something that makes her regret leaving the bakery. This is the first book in a paranormal cozy mystery series featuring magic, mystery, family conflict, and a mysterious monster hunter.
