The Last Lecture

Randy Pausch, a computer science professor at Carnegie Mellon, was diagnosed with terminal cancer when invited to deliver a lecture titled "The Last Lecture." Rather than imagine it as his final address, he was living it. His lecture, "Really Achieving Your Childhood Dreams," focused not on dying but on living. He discussed overcoming obstacles, enabling the dreams of others, and seizing every moment, emphasizing that time is all you have and you may find one day that you have less than you think. The lecture became a summation of everything Pausch had come to believe. This book combines the humor, inspiration, and intelligence from that lecture.
