The Seaside Sisters: A Novel

Hannah, a bestselling author based in Brooklyn, travels to her aunt's oceanfront house in Chatham, Cape Cod for the summer to work on her second book. She has been struggling to write following personal losses. Her older sister Sara still lives in Chatham, where they grew up. Sara is married with four children and was once a librarian, but now feels weighed down by family responsibilities and a struggling marriage. She hopes to return to the workforce and pursue something book-related. During the summer, Hannah and Sara spend time together making new friends and reconnecting with people from their past, including Spencer, someone they knew in high school. As the sisters navigate the summer, they open themselves to new possibilities involving books and the beach.
