The Storm: A Novel

St. Medard's Bay, Alabama is known for three things: deadly hurricanes that regularly strike the town, the Rosalie Inn—a century-old hotel that has survived every storm—and Lo Bailey, a local woman accused of murdering her lover, political figure Landon Fitzroy, during Hurricane Marie in 1984. However, August arrives with an unexpected companion: Lo Bailey herself. Lo claims she has returned to clear her name, but as Geneva grows closer to both of them, she begins to question Lo's true motives.
