Recipes include BBQ Jackfruit Tacos, Cauliflower Walnut Tacos, Mexican-Style Street Corn Tacos, Jerk Plantain Tacos with Mango Salsa, Sweet Potato and Black Bean Tostadas, Crispy Black Bean and Cashew Queso Tacos, Korean-Style Tofu Tacos, and Mediterranean Chickpea Tacos.
