The Werewolf Principle

Andrew Blake, a two-hundred-year-old man, is discovered hibernating in a space capsule orbiting a distant star. When transported back to Earth, he awakens to an unrecognizable world of flying cars and sentient floating houses, with no memory of his past. Blake did not return alone. He was genetically altered as part of a radical experiment abandoned over a century earlier to adapt to extreme alien environments. He now senses two other presences inhabiting his mind and body: a biological computer of remarkable power and a creature resembling a large wolf. Blake is not in control of his own mind. With his sanity at risk, Blake must pursue his past, the truth, and his destiny—which may also determine the fate of humankind. The novel explores genetic manipulation and examines what it means to be human.
