The Year of Endless Sorrows: A Novel

Set in New York City during the early 1990s recession, this novel follows a young Midwestern man navigating life in a city where abandoned buildings house squatters in the East Village and homelessness dominates public spaces. The Internet has not yet become part of daily life, and the term "dot-com" does not yet exist.
