About this book

Nancy Cooper moved from Canada to Cary, North Carolina, with her husband Brad, where they built a life in a picturesque suburban town. They raised two daughters and participated in their community's social life. On July 14, 2008, Nancy's strangled body was discovered in a storm pond. Brad claimed she had gone for a jog and disappeared. As police investigated, they uncovered a network of affairs and deceptions involving multiple Cary residents. Brad was charged with Nancy's murder. The case centered on the deterioration of the Coopers' marriage, Nancy's intention to leave and take the children, and her death. Substantial evidence eventually led to a conviction and justice in the case.
